Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like to delete your Roundexa account and all personal data associated with it — including data linked via Google Sign-In or Facebook Login — you can request deletion at any time using either method below.
1. Email Request
Send an email to support@roundexa.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". Include your registered email and mobile number so we can verify your identity.
2. Contact Form
Alternatively, submit a request through our Contact page and select "Account Deletion" as the reason.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile — name, email, mobile number.
- Uploaded resumes and resume data.
- Interview responses, feedback reports, and transcripts.
- Any data received from Google or Facebook login (profile name, email, profile photo).
Payment records may be retained for a limited period as required by Indian tax and accounting law, but will no longer be linked to an active account.
Processing Time
We process deletion requests within 30 days and will send a confirmation email once your data has been permanently removed.
